Schultes Precision increases uptime with a Makino Cell

"If you're not making chips, you're not making money!" Schultes Precision is a 3rd generation family owned business in Buffalo Grove, IL. See how they partnered with Makino to design a "frozen process" using a51nx HMC machines in an automated cell. Shultes had about 40% uptime on seven machines because of the amount of set-up. The new cell is expected to increase to over 80% uptime on two machines.
