This webinar, will outline the basic foundation and peripheral process principles that must be established to predictably create a finished "micro" level part on a consistent basis. The topics that will be outlined are the machine tool construction processes, including customized atmosphere control in the assembly stages of the machine tool, machine installation practices and environmental considerations, critical processing technologies that specifically support the machining processes, cutting tool quality and inspection processes, as well as cutter path generation and in process part inspection.
