Makino introduces a new automation package for its DA300 vertical machining center

 

Chicago, IL September 13, 2022 -- Makino announced today it has bundled its industry-leading DA300 five-axis vertical machining center with a new, integrated, all-in-one automation package. Included in this new package are a double automatic tool changer (ATC) with a tool capacity of up to 118 tools, a 40-pallet workpiece palletizing system and an advanced digital interface that complements the machining center’s Makino Professional 6™ (Pro-6) control. The DA300 Automation Package can significantly increase the speed, accuracy and precision of small, complex part and component production in market areas such as:

The DA300 Automation Package includes new pallet management software that complements the Makino Pro-6 controller and allows one-screen management and operation.
